How Was Tara Grinstead?
Tara was born on 14 November 1974 to Georgia to Bill and Faye Bennett in Hawkinsville, Georgia. She was raised with her sister Anita Grinstead. Tara also graduated from Middle Georgia College and a further upgrade from Valdosta State University. After her education, Tara Grinstead started working as a history teacher at Irwin County High School in Ocilla. Grinstead was also a very beautiful woman and with dedication, won the title of Miss Tifton in 1999 and competed in the Miss Georgia beauty pageant.
Tara Grinstead’s Murder Case & Disappearance
Grinstead went missing on 22 October 2005. Before then, she had visited a beauty pageant, for which she was a coach to young contestants, and attended a barbecue. Two days later, she did not show up for work and so the police were alerted. Tara Grinstead’s house was then searched. They found Grinstead’s cell phone inside the house and her car outside. Her purse and keys were gone. A search was then made to help fish for what was wrong.
Three months later, another woman who was based in Florida also went missing. So, there was a renewed search for Tara. Fortunately, the police revealed that they had found DNA on a latex glove that was found in Grinstead’s yard. This led to the arrest of Ryan Alexander Duke and Bo Dukes who was a former student of Tara.
